Division: COE Purpose As a Media Buyer for Meta (Paid Social), you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) & TikTok. In addition to driving performance, you will audit brands' existing campaigns and tactics to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation. Your role will involve continuous refinement of campaign strategies and execution to maximize ROI and performance, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive experimentation and implement new tactics. Accountabilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & TikTok advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion for a variety of brand objectives. Take ownership of campaign budgets, pacing, and performance goals for Meta-based campaigns across multiple industries. Collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and meet campaign KPIs. Campaign Auditing & Optimization: Audit and analyse existing campaigns across Meta platforms to identify inefficiencies, underperforming areas, and untapped opportunities. Recommend and implement tactical adjustments to optimize performance, including revising audience targeting, creative strategy, bidding strategies, and overall campaign structures. Regularly implement and test A/B experiments, creative iterations, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Cross-Platform Expertise: Expand your knowledge across all paid media platforms (Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring holistic and integrated strategies are executed, with Meta as a primary focus. Fulfil certification requirements across multiple platforms and stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and tools in paid media. Implementation of POD Strategies & Experiments: Fulfil and implement all POD team strategies to ensure continuous improvements across campaigns. Work closely with the team to brainstorm and contribute to experimental ideas that enhance campaign performance and drive innovation. Execute experiments and test new approaches to find what works best for specific products, demographics, and funnel stages. Collaboration & Learning: Actively participate in team discussions and workshops, contributing insights and recommendations for improving processes, strategies, and results. Stay curious and take initiative to learn new paid media strategies, tools, and platforms. Help coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Ideal Behaviour, Qualifications & Skills Experience: 6-7 years of proven experience in media buying and paid social strategies, specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger). Strong track record in managing large-scale, performance-driven campaigns with demonstrated success in driving growth and optimizing campaigns. Experience in full-funnel marketing strategies, with a focus on both performance and brand awareness campaigns. Certifications & Learning: Must be open to obtaining and fulfilling certification requirements across Meta (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) and other relevant platforms as needed. A demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development in the paid media landscape. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other Meta-specific tools. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent platforms is a plus. Agentic AI Our Product Team creates a prompt template from user (staff) instructions, action group, and knowledge bases. Then, leverages AI further to enhance and refine user experience. Staff may also update (modify) parts of the user input, orchestration plan directly, and the Agents response memory. With the ability to modify the prompt template, you gain better control over the AI Agent orchestration. Then based on the results, Agents will come up with recommendations and those will be reviewed by our product team and management. They continue to repeat their process, but the learnings are automatically being added into the prompt.
