This role is central to ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our global communication platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in cloud networking, network security, and VoIP/Unified Communications — and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.Architect and manage VoIP and Unified Communications systems, ensuring high call quality, uptime, and seamless integration with contact center platforms.Deploy and administer cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP — including VPCs, transit gateways, peering, and hybrid connectivity.Implement and enforce network security policies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, zero-trust architecture, and access controls.Monitor network performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and lead root cause analysis for incidents.Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and application teams to support infrastructure requirements for new products and platforms.Maintain thorough documentation of network topology, configurations, and change management procedures.Ensure compliance with security standards and support internal and external audits.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent).Demonstrated experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323) and UC platforms (Cisco UCM, Avaya, Genesys, or similar).Solid understanding of cloud networking on at least one major platform — AWS (VPC, Direct Connect), Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet), or GCP.Strong knowledge of network security principles — firewall rule management, VPN tunnels, NAC, and threat mitigation.Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or similar).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Nice to HaveIndustry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking, or CompTIA Security+.Experience supporting BPO, contact center, or customer experience environments.Exposure to automation and scripting for network tasks (Python, Ansible, Terraform).Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and MPLS circuits.What We OfferA pivotal role within a globally expanding technology hub.Exposure to cutting-edge CX infrastructure and enterprise-scale cloud operations.Collaborative, cross-functional teams with a startup mindset backed by global enterprise stability.Fast-track career growth with opportunities to lead infrastructure initiatives across regions.If you feel you are right please apply here :
