Your primary role is to be the /"first responder/" for all potential clients. You will manage incoming interest from our digital marketing campaigns and guide prospects toward choosing our professional services.Key Responsibilities:Rapid Lead Response: Immediately respond to and qualify leads generated via Justdial, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).Service Consultation: Clearly explain our core services, including GST filing, Income Tax returns, company registration, and bookkeeping.Appointment Scheduling: Identify high-intent prospects and schedule follow-up appointments or consultations for the senior consulting team.Lead Nurturing: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule for leads that aren't ready to convert instantly.Data Management: Log all interactions and update lead statuses daily to ensure no opportunity is missed.Campaigns: Support and execute marketing campaigns.Requirements:Languages: Must be fluent in English and Kannada (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.Speed & Proactivity: A /"quick to act/" mindset is essential; you must be comfortable with high-volume calling and immediate outreach.Basic Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with basic accounting or tax terms (GST, ITR, PAN) is a major plus.Communication Skills: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.If your profile fits the requirement, please send your update resume/CV to before 31st March 2026.
