About the Company: This opening is for an ADAS Domain Controller project for a prestigious OEM, where Luxoft is working with the OEM teams to deliver next-generation Platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX working together as a system interacting with a host of cameras, ultrasound sensors, internal and external Radars. Luxoft is collaborating on Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture areas with the OEM directly. Luxoft is expected to deliver quality and expert support in the above areas, drive topics independently, liaise with other OEM stakeholders to remove blockers. The ideal candidate needs to have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver, never give up attitude and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Client's changing needs.About the Role: A Software Engineer - SIL is responsible for supporting the development of software simulations for specific applications, base functions or a set of functions (depending on function complexity and content). This includes the cross-functional handling of defined work packages of the V-Model (requirements, design, implementation, testing) and delivery of the function(s) align with ECU releases until the SOP.Responsibilities:Software development and maintenance (enhancement, changes, bugs fixing, tests development)Develop and perform Unit Testing, static code analyses, code reviewTimely report status and progress of the assigned activities to direct managerPerform tasks within agreed timeframe and according to design specificationsLearn project specific approaches/technologies store knowledgeCompletely accountable for quality and timely delivery of produced work productsWork independently/coordinate activities with direct managerAnalyze customer's specificationsWork with software requirements (analysis, identify dependencies)Know and follow at least one of the estimation approachesAdhere to commitmentsParticipate in internal technical discussionsCustomers issues analysis and technical troubleshootingIdentify and report engineering and process improvement opportunitiesCompletely accountable for produced work products as well as for work products of supervised personsEstimate, plan and organize own workCreate and/or update detailed design specifications (SDDs)Participate in technical discussions (internal and with customer)Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in developing software for C++ based Embedded systems for Automotive productStrong knowledge of communication protocolsPrior experience in automated test systems, SIL, Linux, and/or other simulation environments as a DeveloperStrong embedded C++ programming skillsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:PythonExperience working on ADAS projectsFamiliarity with QNX and Autosar
