We aim to build a performance-driven brand through strong digital marketing, customer acquisition, and community building.We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who can drive traffic, generate sales, and build Narra’s digital presence across platforms.  Role OverviewYou will be responsible for customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through digital channels. The role requires hands-on management of paid ads, social media, influencer collaborations, and performance analytics.Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms:Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)Google AdsRetargeting campaignsLookalike audience creationResponsibilities include:Campaign strategy & executionBudget allocationPerformance monitoringROAS optimization2. Social Media GrowthManage Narra’s presence across platforms including:InstagramYouTubeFacebookPinterestResponsibilities:Content calendar planningCreative ideationReels strategyCommunity engagementComment & DM managementGoal: Build a strong brand identity and engaged community.3.
