Our portfolio includes retail centers, medical office buildings, daycare facilities, single-family rentals, and commercial land across the United States.Position Summary:We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing high-quality, client-ready quarterly financial reports, Sourcing and finalizing lenders with competitive debt quotes for the acquisitions team, and analyzing real estate data to provide actionable insights. This role is an excellent fit for someone with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with expertise in the commercial real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Quarterly Reporting Preparation:Prepare professional, investor-ready quarterly performance reports for portfolio properties.Compile financial data from accounting, asset management, and property management teams.Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule.Review financial statements and operating metrics to identify performance trends and insights.Continuously improve reporting templates, presentation formats, and reporting workflows.2.Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for building new and maintaining existing lender relationships.Scout and evaluate leads, securing competitive quotes for loans and cost segregation studies.Address lender queries and recommend the best lending options for potential properties.Foster strong partnerships with financial institutions to ensure ongoing support and access to favorable financial services.3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Asset Management team to understand asset performance and integrate insights into financial analysis and reporting.Support the Accounting team with relevant data and insights to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.Working closely with the Acquisitions team to keep the folders and files in the drive updated.4.Additional Responsibilities:Adapt to miscellaneous tasks in a growing start-up environment.Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling new challenges as they arise.Key Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.Experience:Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and market research.Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines. Experience with negotiating financial terms and working with lenders or service providers.Skills:Excellent writing skills to craft clear, concise, and impactful reports and communicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and reporting software.Solid understanding of financial markets, lending practices, and accounting principles.Work Schedule:Time: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM ISTLocation: RemoteCompensation:Salary: ₹6LPA to ₹9LPA (variable bonus, paid quarterly based on performance )Visit us at: The job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
