Position : SAP KronosLocation : Pan India (Hybird)Notice period : (Immediate joiner or remaining 20 days of notice period )Experience : 5 to 8key responsibilities for the Kronos consultant role Provide expert application support to global stakeholders Demonstrate a clear understanding of time and attendance payroll rules accruals schedules and employee master records Possess strong knowledge and handson experience in resolving issues related to Employee Maintenance User profile creation and updates Profiles Policies Timesheets accruals pay calculations pay periods schedules security holidays points etc Global Setup Company setup cost centers time offs notifications workflows groups etc Configure WFR Middleware devices manage employee imports payroll exports reports and configurations pay calculations accruals schedules voucher codes etc Have hands on experience integrating Kronos with downstream or upstream applications like SAP and SuccessFactors using REST API architecture Exhibit strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills when troubleshooting issues and gathering requirements from customers
