Job Title: Tech LeadDepartment: Product and TechLocation: FC 14/15, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India , Marwah Studios.Work Mode: OnsiteJob Summary:About the Role:We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage our development team and execute on existingtechnology infrastructure. You'll lead a team to deliver projects, maintain our systems, andcoordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership Manage and mentor the development team. Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery. Execute projects as directed by leadership. Ensure team follows best practices and coding standards.System Operations Maintain and optimize our in-house system & front end website (performance, security, uptime). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms. Implement assigned improvements to existing systems.Vendor & ERP Coordination Serve as technical liaison with our ERP provider (LeadSquared/LSQ). Manage API integration between internal systems and external platforms. Coordinate with outsourced vendors for seamless operations.Cross-Functional Technical Support Enable marketing team with technical automation, analytic, and tools. Provide technical solutions to business teams within existing infrastructure. Document processes and maintain technical knowledge base.Infrastructure Management Manage cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Handle server deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Ensure data consistency and security across platforms. Monitor system performance and address bottlenecks proactively.Required Qualifications:Experience: 7-8 years in software development with team management experience. Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering projects.Technical Expertise (Must Have): PHP frameworks: CodeIgniter, Laravel. Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. CMS: WordPress development and customization. Server Management: AWS (Amazon Web Services), DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms. Server deployment, configuration, and maintenance. CRM/ERP systems (LeadSquared experience preferred). API integration and database management (MySQL). Version control (Git) and deployment processes.Mindset & Approach: Execution-focused: Delivers what's assigned without over-engineering. Team player: Works within established direction from leadership. Hands-on leader: Codes alongside team when needed. Operations-first: Focuses on maintaining and perfecting existing systems. Comfortable managing external vendors and technical partners.Preferred: Node.js experience. Education sector or service industry experience. Experience supporting non-technical teams. Working with outsourced technology vendors.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
