Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will assist students in understanding eligibility criteria for international admissions, guide them through application processes, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely and accurate communication with students and institutions. The role also involves liaising with international education providers and maintaining student records. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with students, parents, and partner institutionsExperience in International Admissions processes and familiarity with application requirementsExcellent Communication skills (verbal and written)Customer Service skills to provide professional and effective support to prospective studentsKnowledge or experience in the field of Education is preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
