The role involves providing technical support for Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services at customer sites and factories. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and other locations across India to ensure excellent customer support and machine performance.QualificationsProficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of technical equipmentStrong Technical Support expertise and the ability to understand and address technical issues effectivelyExcellent Communication skills for interaction with clients and team membersAbility to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of safety standards and protocols in technical service environments is an advantageDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
