Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates.Operational Management:Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution.BOM Review:Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials.Project TAT & Profitability:Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins.Follow-ups & Escalations:Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.Customer Relationship Management:Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.Installation Monitoring:Offer support to on-ground installation teams—both locally and across cities via remote monitoring tools.KPI Management:Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.Team Development:Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.
