About the Role upGradLearning Support Centres are physical learning hubs focused on career upskilling. Our marketing team runs frequent campaigns, events, and city activations.We’re looking for an AI-first Graphic & Video Creator who can turn ideas into high quality visuals and videos quickly using modern AI tools.You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to produce creative assets for social media, ads, events, and marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do Create social media graphics, ads, and marketing creatives• Produce short-form videos, reels, and motion content• Use AI tools to generate visuals, automate workflows, and speed up content production• Turn marketing briefs into ready-to-publish assets quickly• Support creatives for offline campaigns and events• Experiment with new tools to improve creative speed and outputTools You May Work With Examples include (not limited to): Design & Video: Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Runway, PikaAI Tools: Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable DiffusionAI Assistants: ChatGPT, ClaudeAutomation: n8n, ZapierYou don’t need to know all of them — but you should be curious, experimental, and quick to learn.Who Should Apply• 0–2 years' experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation• Strong creative instinct and visual storytelling ability• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and new workflows• High ownership and execution speed Share:• Your portfolio or sample work (graphics/videos)• Links to any content you’ve createdImportant NotedLocation : Andheri (Marol )Work Mode : Work from OfficeWorking Days :5 Days Timing : 10 to 7:00pmInterested candidate kindly share your resume on below id
