Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team for our premium residential project, North Wind Sanctuary (Greater Noida).Role: MEP EngineerLocation: Greater NoidaCompany: North Wind Estates Pvt. Ltd.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the construction site• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and project timelines• Coordinate with civil, architecture, and external MEP consultants• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with standards and regulations• Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion of MEP activitiesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or high-rise residential projects• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems• Experience in site execution and coordination with multiple stakeholders• Good communication and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Us?Be a part of a dynamic real estate company shaping modern living spaces and contributing to landmark developments like North Wind Sanctuary.
