But that’s not all - we also run three sister brands:Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.Anamala Homestay - A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.Mudkart - An eco-construction material supplier.What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be the designer who brings brands to life - turning ideas, briefs, and strategy into thoughtful, impactful visuals. You’ll work closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to make sure every design feels purposeful, consistent, and engaging.Design social media creatives, campaign visuals, and digital ads that stand out while staying true to the brand.Create marketing assets such as presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, and case studies across digital and print.Develop brand identities and brand guidelines, helping shape a clear and consistent visual language.Work across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and AI tools like OpenAI, Sora, Nano Banana, and Adobe Firefly to speed up ideation and production.Translate campaign ideas and briefs into clear, compelling visual communication.Produce multiple adaptations and formats for different platforms while maintaining design quality and consistency.Collaborate with the team to bring concepts, campaigns, and brand stories to life through thoughtful design.Who We’re Looking For?A designer who enjoys both creative exploration and systematic adaptations.Comfortable working across branding, social media, and marketing design.Ideally someone with agency experience, or experience working with multiple brands.A proactive thinker who can bring ideas to the table and execute them well.A social media native who consumes tons of content and knows what makes a creative engaging.Open-minded, collaborative, and always up for feedback (and giving it too).Whats In It For You?Work hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (hard stop - no late-night grind unless it’s an emergency).All-expense-paid trips to Anamala Homestay when we work on resort projects (yes, free stay, food, everything!).Direct mentorship from our founders and CEO - a mix of Gen X experience, Millennial insight, and Gen Z energy.Weekly upskilling and team-building sessions with an external mentor with 25+ years in advertising.Creative freedom to execute your vision and build a solid portfolio with vibrant, growing brands.Office in Koramangala - surrounded by great cafés, bars, street food, and maybe traffic :(How to Apply:Send a cover letter to detailing why you’d be a perfect fit for the role, along with your resume.
