Job Description

Title: Sales Development RepresentativeExperience: 0-4 yearsWork mode: 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (Evening shifts)Salary - 6.5 LPA to 8 LPAPlease note that we do not provide cab facilities. However, for women employees, we have a separate arrangement to ensure their safety. They will log off from the office at 9 PM, commute home, and continue working from there until the end of their shift. Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversionRequirements:- You should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers.
