Gautam Law Chamber is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its expanding practice across litigation, international arbitration, corporate advisory, and capital markets.The role offers an opportunity to work in a structured legal environment, engaging in complex disputes, cross-border matters, and high-value transactions.Key Responsibilities• Conduct legal research and case law analysis• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal submissions• Assist in litigation strategy and trial preparation• Support matters related to international arbitration and dispute resolution• Work on corporate transactions, contracts, and investment documentation• Assist in IPO advisory and regulatory compliance (SEBI, ROC, etc.)• Coordinate with clients, courts, and regulatory authorities• Prepare case briefs, evidence files, and documentationPractice ExposureThe role provides exposure to:• criminal and civil litigation• international arbitration• cross-border commercial disputes• capital markets and IPO advisory• corporate and investment law• intellectual property and trademark mattersEligibility Criteria• LL.B.
