Job Title: Sr Executive - front OfficeLocation: DelhiJOB DescriptionThe Senior Executive – Front Office at Design District, Stonex Global is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front office operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role supports the Front Office Manager in maintaining service excellence, supervising the front office team, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm, professional, and efficient welcome that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service Excellence• Supervise and manage daily front office operations including guest registration, check-in/check-out, concierge desk, reservations, travel desk, valet, and telephone services.• Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and efficiently, with attention to detail and personalizedservice.• Recognize VIP guests as per the Tier system and ensure appropriate amenities and services areprovided.• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless journey from arrival to departure.• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.• Maintain high service standards in line with brand expectations for all areas including, lounge, andclub services.• Actively engage with guests in the lobby to build rapport and enhance guest experience.• Coordinate with restaurants, bars, and events teams to ensure smooth guest services across alltouchpoints.Team Support & Supervision• Guide and support front office associates in delivering exceptional guest service.• Provide on-the-job training and assist in staff development under the guidance of the AssistantManager/Manager.• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.• Monitor staff grooming and adherence to DD policies and standards.• Participate in departmental meetings and daily briefings to stay updated and communicateeffectively with the team.• Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.Operational Efficiency & Standards• Ensure accurate check-in/check-out procedures and maintain proper records.• Ensure the front office area, lobby, and reception desk are always clean, organized, andpresentable.• Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Security) to ensure smooth operations.• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and service standards.Financial & Administrative Responsibilities• Ensure correct posting of charges and settlement of bills at the front desk.• Support in controlling operational costs by managing supplies and resources efficiently.• Maintain proper documentation of guest records in line with data privacy policies.• Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in compiling daily and weekly front office reports.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1–2 years in asupervisory/executive role within a luxury hotel.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and colleagueseffectively.• Sound knowledge of front office systems, property management software, and reservationprocedures.• Excellent problem-solving and guest handling skills.• Good organizational and time management skills.• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Attributes• Professional appearance and polished Demeanour.• Guest-centric attitude with a passion for service excellence.• Positive, proactive, and approachable personality.• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.• Discreet, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
