The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and/or automation testing, with a solid understanding of Zendesk platform functionalities, APIs, and workflows.Required Skills:Strong experience in QA testing (Manual/Automation).Hands-on experience with Zendesk platform.Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).Understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.Preferred Skills:Experience with Zendesk integrations and custom apps.Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Python for automation.Experience in CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Understanding of customer support workflows and CRM systems.
