Doctors, Patients to supercharge the adoption and success of EASE across India’s top mental health institutions. You won't just support clinics, you'll architect the national deployment of a breakthrough technology.This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of clinical partnerships, strategic operations, and market-building. You will be the /"connective tissue/" between our clinical partners, patients, and internal teams, working directly with the founding team to define success for India’s first brain stimulation network.Core Responsibilities: You will be the primary bridge between our clinical operations and business scale, proactively identifying bottlenecks to optimize the patient journey. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and responsiveness, you will ensure EASE remains the preferred partner for our clinical network. This role requires a /"clinical-first/" mindset and /"startup-speed/" execution to deliver a seamless, world-class experience for every stakeholder.1. Patient Engagement and Management• Own the patient lifecycle from lead conversion intake to final assessment and report delivery• Schedule and manage partnership deployments for at-home and clinic-based therapy• Ensure patient milestones are captured at Sessions 1, 10, and 20• Maintain meticulous patient journey records on the master tracking sheet• Manage WhatsApp groups for patient cohorts and provide ongoing support2. Doctor Engagement• Build and maintain strong relationships with EASE-partnered doctors• Share monthly newsletters, case studies, and clinical updates via WhatsApp and email• Coordinate timely feedback from doctors on patient outcomes and device performance• Distribute clinical assets (standees, one-pagers, training docs) to doctor clinics in regional languages• Support doctors in onboarding their clinical staff onto EASE protocols• Track device utilization per doctor; flag under-utilization and lead re-engagement plans3. Training & Clinical Asset Management• Develop and maintain training materials: how-to guides, patient playbooks, software demo videos, and one-pagers• Organize all clinical documents on shared drives with version control• Support training of sales staff and neuromodulation clinic teams on EASE protocols• Coordinate with the team on beta feature testing and field feedback capture• Maintain and update WATI (WhatsApp CRM)4. Events, Webinars & Conferences• Plan and execute EASE webinars (minimum 2 per quarter) — agenda, panelists, promotion, follow-up• Manage conference participation: stall booking, fabrication, logistics, stay and travel coordination• Prepare quarterly event and festive calendars in advance5.
