We are a registered training organisation (RTO) in Australia seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team in Monali, India.About the Role:As our Accounts Officer, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities1. Accounts ReceivableGenerate and issue student invoicesProcess and reconcile student paymentsMonitor outstanding fees and follow up on overdue accountsManage payment plans and instalment arrangementsPrepare accounts receivable aging reports2. Accounts PayableProcess supplier invoices and verify approvalsReconcile supplier statementsMaintain accurate vendor recordsEnsure timely payment of trainers, assessors, and contractors3. Funding & Compliance SupportAssist with financial record-keeping for funded programsMaintain documentation required for auditsSupport compliance with funding contracts and regulatory standardsAssist during ASQA audits and financial reviews4.
