Position - Lead Electrical & Instrumentation DesignerQualifications: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / InstrumentationExperience - 10+ years’ experience in design office or with EPC Contractor in E&I designing in Oil & Gas, Power & chemical plant.Location - Navi MumbaiImmediate Joinee PreferredResponsibilities:-Extraction of 3D model for various layouts like lighting layout, Cable Tray Layout, Equipment layout, Area Classification Layout.Preparation of basic SLD as per load list & adding preliminary technical notes as applicablePreparation of Bulk MTO based on layoutCo-ordination with other Engineering Groups for Interface IssuesSupervise Work of junior draughtsman to ensure quality of deliverableVerification of BOQ/MTOModel reviews3D model designs & client co-ordinations for any critical issues with modellingTechnical Skills RequiredGood assistance to senior designers with their projects, from conception to completion.Knowledge of relevant Codes (e.g., NEC, NBC, IEC, IS) and standards for Safety and ComplianceUnderstanding of basic electrical and instrumentation design principles.Ability to diagnose layout technical comments and implement it in regular activities.Streamline the ongoing drafting/modelling activities in conjunction with the team members to deliver projects efficiently.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in drawingsEffective communication, both verbal & writtenDesired Software knowledgeRevitAutoCADCADWorxPlant3DMicrosoft office (Word, Excel)About UsFounded in 1988, PMECH is a global leader in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services.
