Associate Director – Growth Marketing & CRMKey Responsibilities & Expectations:Own promotional outreach to internal base across campaign channels to drive profitable growthSolution & collaborate across sales, product, analytics and vendors to improve outreach effectiveness and funnel conversionsSegment/ hyper-segment around base & outreach to drive non-linear outcomesIdeate, lead and independently manage high impact growth projects & experimentsListening to the needs of the customers and creating/ delivering high impact programs/ initiativesSeeking out opportunities to be a leader & doing everything one can to help the org achieve its objectivesDesired Skills/ Experience: 4-8 years’ prior experience; Relevant experience of retail credit in growth marketing roles is preferredProficient at executing & optimizing across automated campaign tools & manual interfacesWorked with a good variety of analytical tools, campaign tools, campaign channels, content types, etc.Good with uncomplicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking in mixed-paced environmentDemonstrated aptitude for data-based decision-making & simplifying complex data to find answersStrong tolerance for ambiguity with a demonstrated ability to use business logic and critical thinking when data is inconclusiveProficient in effective communication and Microsoft Excel
