To make this journey successful we are expanding our team and increase our presence in the workshops. This job provides a competitive salary, with fixed and a variable component as per the industry standards. * This position is a home office-based assignment Your area of activity:Providing optimal technical advice to our partners and customers in the India.Carrying out internal and external technical product training for sales partners and customers in theory and practice in the India.Providing technical advice at international and trade fairs in the regionCarrying out technical application demonstrations, investigations and tests for the region, in collaboration with R&D/application engineering, with existing and newly developed productsAdvising our sales staff and distribution partners on the optimum product range compositionPractical product tests and demonstrationsRequirements:A minimum of 10 years’ experience in field of a training and also has in hand experience of handling cars and motorbikes.Responsible to use a CRM tool daily; submit daily / weekly reports Self-motivated and enthusiastic with an upbeat training style and energetic attitude to explain the workshop mechanics and distributor sales teams.Be able to periodically work on weekend for industry / customer events. Efficient time management and exceptional organizational skills are required. Extensive customer contact and ability to handle customer complaints and doubts.Train customers to use right products for the right applications.Act as Technical Consultant to customers.Must have strong presentation abilities to customers and to group audiences.
