South India (regional responsibility across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)Role OverviewThe Regional Head – New Jeweller & Channel Acquisition (South) is responsible for driving expansion(SIS -Shop in Shop) by onboarding new jeweller partners and developing strategic distribution channels across the South region. This role owns regional acquisition strategy, execution, partner relationships, and revenue growth through new jeweller and channel sign-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Jeweller AcquisitionDevelop and execute a regional strategy to onboard new jeweller partners aligned with company growth goalsIdentify high-potential jewellers, chains, and emerging players across South IndiaLead negotiations, commercial discussions, and onboarding agreementsBuild a strong pipeline of prospective partners and ensure timely conversionChannel DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and activate new acquisition channels (distributors, associations, aggregators, etc.)Drive partnerships with regional trade bodies and industry networksOptimize channel performance to ensure sustained acquisition and engagementRegional Leadership & ExecutionOwn acquisition targets (monthly/quarterly/annual) for the South regionThis role starts as an Individual Contributor role which may in future have business executive reporting into this role as the acquisition growsEnsure disciplined execution, reporting, and funnel managementCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teamsRelationship ManagementDuring new channel/partner settling period(6months min)- Act as the primary escalation and relationship owner for key regional jeweller partnersEnsure partner satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retentionRepresent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forumsMarket Intelligence & StrategyTrack regional market trends, competitor activity, and jeweller needsProvide insights to leadership for product, pricing, and go-to-market improvementsRecommend strategic initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency and scaleKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of new jewellers onboardedChannel-led acquisition contributionRegional revenue from newly acquired partnersConversion rates and acquisition cost efficiencyInvestments brought in from new jewellers/associationsQualifications & Experience8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel acquisitionStrong exposure to the jewellery, luxury retail, fintech, or B2B marketplace ecosystem (preferred)Proven track record of scaling partner acquisition across South IndiaExperience managing regional teams and large territoriesStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skillsSkills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of the South Indian jewellery marketStrategic thinker with strong execution biasExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsData-driven decision-makingHigh ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilienceLanguages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada (Any 2 at least)Client Profile :The Company is India’s first solitaire brand that offers its diverse clientele the finest and most exquisitely crafted solitaire diamonds in the world in an organized and transparent manner.
