Candidates available to join within 30 days or less will be strongly preferred.Role Overview:We are hiring Digital Transformation Consultants with 2–6 years of experience across Finance or Supply Chain domains.This role involves working on enterprise transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, ERP transformation, automation, and data-driven performance improvement.Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong functional expertise in at least one domain and the ability to contribute independently to analysis, stakeholder discussions, and solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to transformation engagements across Finance or Supply Chain value streamsPerform structured process assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesAnalyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insightsDocument current-state and design future-state processesSupport ERP transformation programs (SAP / Oracle / S4HANA / similar platforms)Contribute to automation initiatives including workflow tools, RPA, analytics, and process miningDefine KPIs and support performance tracking through dashboardsParticipate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution discussionsSupport implementation, testing, and post-go-live stabilizationRequired Skills2–6 years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, Finance Operations, or Supply Chain OperationsPrior experience working in consulting environments (Big 4 / GSI preferred)Strong functional expertise in at least one domain (O2C / P2P / R2R / Supply Chain)Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (SAP SD / MM / FICO / PP / IBP / Oracle / similar)Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel requiredExposure to BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) or SQL is an advantageUnderstanding of automation, workflow tools, or process mining platforms is a plusStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCA / CMA / MBA (Finance / Operations) / / EngineeringExperience in transformation engagements or large-scale programsUnderstanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
