In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable visuals across the platforms. You will translate complex technical and data-driven requirements into clear diagrams, infographics, technical presentations and high-fidelity designs, ensuring usability and consistency across the platforms.Key Responsibilities:Translate complex technical and data-driven requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs, dashboards, diagrams, and visual narrativesDesign user journeys, workflows, and interaction patterns for data-intensive applicationsCreate data visualizations, charts, and analytical interfaces that communicate complex datasets effectivelyMaintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across MEAtec platformsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product experiencesContribute to presentations, technical materials, website visuals, and marketing assetsSupport and contribute to UI/UX design implementation and handoff processesDocument design decisions, processes, and outputsStay up to date with trends in data visualization, UX design, battery technologies, and sustainabilityQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field1–3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or data visualization-focused rolesStrong portfolio demonstrating data visualization, dashboard design, and UI/UX projectsProficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, or similarExperience designing for data-heavy or analytical platformsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to translate business and technical requirements into clear and engaging visual solutionsCore Competencies:Design principles, typography, grid systems, color theory, composition, and legibilityGestalt principlesAccessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)Chart logic and information hierarchyTechnical illustrations and diagram creationData visualization and dashboard designMicro-interactions and motion designDesign systems and developer handoff processesNice to Have:Advanced Figma skills (variables, tokens, auto-layout, components, variants)Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)Interest or experience in battery technologies, energy systems, or sustainabilityWhat We Offer:An exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative project with significant environmental impact.A collaborative and dynamic work environment that values creativity and teamwork.Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.Professional development and growth opportunities.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a difference in the battery sector and have the analytical skills to support our Battery Passport application platform, we want to hear from you!
