Manager – Accounts & Finance (Europe Business)Location: DelhiTeam Handling: 5–8 membersUp to ₹24 LPAAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Manager to manage end-to-end finance operations for our Europe business (Rotterdam operations).The role involves AR, AP, import-export payments, banking, and SAP-based financial operations, along with strong coordination with logistics, supply chain, and international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)Manage customer invoicing and collections for Europe businessMonitor receivables, ageing, and follow-ups with customersEnsure timely realization of payments and resolve discrepanciesAccounts Payable (AP)Handle vendor payments including shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and service providersInvoice verification, reconciliation, and timely processing of paymentsManage vendor disputes and ensure accurate accountingImport-Export & International PaymentsHandle LC, TT, advance payments, and international banking transactionsManage documentation and coordination with banks for import/export transactionsEnsure compliance with trade finance requirementsBanking & TreasuryManage daily banking operations and payment planningCash flow monitoring and fund managementBank reconciliation and forex-related transactionsSAP & Financial SystemsWork extensively on SAP (FI module preferred)Ensure accurate posting of invoices, payments, and financial entriesMaintain vendor and customer master dataLogistics Cost & Expense ControlValidate freight and shipment-related costsTrack warehouse expenses, logistics charges, demurrage/detentionMonitor and control cost per shipmentTeam ManagementLead and manage a team of 5–8 membersEnsure adherence to timelines, accuracy, and SLAsTrain, mentor, and drive performance of the teamCross-functional CoordinationWork closely with logistics, supply chain, warehouse (Rotterdam), and sales teamsEnsure smooth financial operations aligned with business requirementsReporting & CompliancePrepare AR/AP ageing, cash flow, and MIS reportsSupport audits and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirementsCandidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 12+ years in Accounts & FinanceStrong exposure to AR, AP, and international trade paymentsExperience in import-export / commodities / FMCG / logistics-heavy businessHands-on experience in SAP (FI preferred)Prior experience in team handling (5+ members)Good understanding of Europe business or international transactionsStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsWhat We Are Looking ForA hands-on operator, not just a controllerSomeone comfortable with both execution and team managementStrong understanding of finance + operations linkage
