Our campus provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children develop confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills during their formative years.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Student Counselor / Center Operations Manager. who will serve as the first point of connection between the school and families.This role combines student guidance, parent interaction, and admissions coordination, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective and existing families while supporting student well-being and school growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct informative sessions for prospective students and families, presenting the school’s vision, values, and programs.Guide parents and students through the admission process and provide continuous support.Develop relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote enrollment.Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and campus tours.Evaluate student applications and provide recommendations where required.Collaborate with teachers to understand curriculum offerings and align them with student needs.Assist in creating marketing and communication materials highlighting school achievements.Maintain student and admission records and track enrollment data.Use basic data insights to understand admission trends and improve outreach strategies.Support students with adjustment, confidence building, and school engagement when needed.Contribute positively to team culture and participate in professional development activities.Managing day-to-day center operationsQualifications & SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with parents, students, and staff.Experience in admissions, school coordination, counseling, customer relations, or education-related roles preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Comfort using basic data systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.Creative problem-solving and proactive approach.Knowledge or understanding of school education programs is an advantage.Commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment.Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new ideas.Relevant training or certifications in education, counseling, or admissions coordination preferred (not mandatory).Why Join UsOpportunity to play a key role in building a growing K–5 school communitySupportive and collaborative work cultureMeaningful interaction with children and familiesLong-term growth opportunities within an expanding education group
