Job Description

In this role, you will act as a senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant supporting large‑scale HR transformation programs in the Health Care domain. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations and enhancements for Oracle UK Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Recruiting Cloud, and Performance & Succession Management.You will have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge Oracle technologies including Redwood, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and AI‑enabled HCM agents. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and global stakeholders, influencing solution design and delivering measurable business value across high‑impact programs.Your responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end implementations and enhancements across Oracle UK Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Performance & Succession and Recruiting Cloud (should be having implementation experience in at least 3 of the modules mentioned here).Configure and optimize UK Payroll processes including statutory deductions, pensions, (Bankers’ Automated Clearing Services) BACS processes, elements, and absence integrations.Design and implement OTL setups including timesheet layouts, department overrides, work schedules, and time entry rules.Lead Oracle Benefits implementations with strong focus on Pensions, AVCs, and ESS/MSS‑driven enrolments.Implement and configure Oracle Performance & Succession modules end‑to‑end.Create and extend Redwood pages and components using VBS for enhanced HCM user experience.Design, enable, and maintain AI agents in Oracle HCM to automate HR workflows and support digital transformation.Participate in solution workshops, requirement gathering, and functional design documentation.Work closely with technical teams to validate integrations, reports, and extensions.Provide functional guidance, testing support, and production rollout assistance across HCM modules.Your ProfileEssential skills/knowledge/experience: 8+ years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong implementation background.Expertise in Oracle UK Payroll including statutory processing, pensions, elements, and BACS advances.Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor including timesheet layouts, overrides, and work schedule configurations.Hands‑on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud including requisitions, CSP setup, talent pooling, and campaigns.Proven experience implementing Benefits module, including pensions and AVC processing via ESS/MSS.Experience implementing Performance & Succession Management end‑to‑end.Working knowledge of Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).Experience enabling and configuring AI agents in Oracle HCM Cloud.Ability to lead workshops, prepare functional documents, and work in multi‑module delivery environments.Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Experience with Oracle HCM integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula).Knowledge of UK HR regulatory frameworks and payroll compliance.Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
