This position entails cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration, emphasizing effective collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Project Scope Analysis: Analyse project scope per design requirements to ensure feasibility and consistency.Technical Specifications Validation: Review technical specifications from the design team to ensure alignment with project objectives.Specification Optimization: Ensure compliance with client required deliverables and identify opportunities for enhancements.Bill of Quantities Management: Validate and prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQs), supported by calculations for management presentation and approval.Running Accounts and Final Bills: Review and process Running Account (RA) bills and final bills, implementing amendments as necessary.Budget Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed budget cost analysis using benchmark cost matrices for informed decision-making.Alternative Solutions Proposals: Present various budget options exploring alternatives to original designs, optimizing for project needs.Product Research and Proposal: Research and recommend new products for management consideration.Cost Optimization Options: Provide strategies for budget optimization based on project requirements and limitations.Timely Budget Compliance: Ensure all budgetary requirements are met within set timeframes.Cost Analysis Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on cost analysis for management review and strategic planning.Additional Roles & Responsibilities:Cost Estimates Preparation: Develop precise cost estimates, BOQs, rate analyses, and amendments as needed.Quantity Take-offs: Execute quantity take-offs for all construction items using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications.Cost Planning and Risk Analysis: Participate in cost planning, value engineering, and risk analysis to promote project sustainability.Contractor Bill Verification: Verify contractor invoices and assess variations to ensure compliance with project standards.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with design, site, contracts, billing, and project management teams to maintain project alignment.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with a thorough understanding of construction industry standards, especially regarding interior fit outs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in stakeholder management.Capability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.Desired Attributes:Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.In-depth knowledge of systems and construction processes.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration.Proficiency in relevant software tools and adaptability to new technologies.A proactive mind-set, thriving both independently and in a team oriented setting.Join us in shaping the future of luxury real estate by bringing your expertise to our esteemed projects in Mumbai and Goa.
