About the Role:The Principal Consultant – Chief of Staff Vertical plays a mission-critical role in enabling CEOs and CXOs to accelerate growth, unlock productivity, and drive strategic execution. This role acts as a strategic thought partner and execution leader, orchestrating cross-functional alignment, embedding leadership routines, strengthening governance, and ensuring business outcomes through structure, discipline, and high-quality problem solving.The ideal candidate is a senior consulting professional with strong strategy-to-execution capability, business intelligence, leadership advisory experience, and comfort working in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments.Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Acceleration & Growth EnablementAnchor business strategy deployment using Flipcarbon’s W3M² framework and execution models.Translate long-term strategy into quarterly execution cycles (90-day priorities, milestones, outcomes).Lead ASOCK goal-setting & review mechanisms to drive enterprise-wide accountability.Identify growth opportunities, innovation pathways, revenue levers, and efficiency improvements. Cross-Functional AlignmentBuild and maintain enterprise dashboards and business performance scorecards (CarbonEye).Establish shared OKRs and inter-department review structures to drive alignment.Facilitate collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Ops, and Engineering.Conduct organization design audits and recommend structural improvements. Decision Support & Leadership RoutinesDesign CEO/CXO management cadences (Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly) using the Power of 69 model.Perform data-driven scenario modelling and trade-off analysis for balanced decisions.Synthesize internal performance insights and market intelligence for strategic clarity.Support investor & board-level communication through investment-grade analysis packs. Talent, Culture & Leadership EnablementStrengthen leadership cohesion and trust using structured development and collaboration mechanisms.Support succession planning, role clarity, and leadership readiness frameworks.Partner with HR to integrate capability & culture interventions into business outcomes.Lead cultural change initiatives and drive high-performance rituals. CEO / CXO AdvisoryServe as a confidential sounding board to leaders on strategic, organisational, or interpersonal dilemmas.Act as a constructive challenger, identifying blind spots and systemic barriers.Facilitate complex or sensitive conversations to drive clarity and resolution.Enable transition moves and transformation agendas without creating noise.Experience Required:10–15 years in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, or enterprise leadership roles, with proven experience working closely with CXOs and leading cross-functional execution.Education and Qualifications:MBA/PGDM in Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related fields10–15 years of experience in management consulting / strategy / transformation / P&L leadership.Must Have:Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-level execution and cross-functional orchestration.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, and CXOs.High credibility, executive presence, and ability to influence senior leaders.Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, and storytelling.Good to have:Experience in scaling organizations, hyper-growth environments, or turnaround situations.Exposure to investor relations, board-level communication, or fundraising ecosystems.Comfort managing high ambiguity and extreme ownership roles.Capability to design and manage digital dashboards and insights tools.
