We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, client-handling experience, and the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetically refined living spaces, while actively supporting the sales process through deeper client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design for residential projects (apartments, villas, luxury homes)Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and preferences to create personalized design conceptsParticipate in second-level sales discussions to deeply understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations post initial qualificationCollaborate with the sales team to align design proposals with client vision and commercial scopeDevelop mood boards, space planning layouts, and design presentationsCreate and oversee 3D designs, material selections, and finishing detailsPresent design concepts confidently to clients and handle design-related queriesPrepare detailed drawings (2D layouts, electrical, ceiling, and working drawings)Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless executionWork closely with execution and site teams to ensure design accuracy and quality controlManage project timelines and ensure timely deliveryVendor coordination for materials, furnishings, and décor elementsStay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and innovations
