Join us in redefining the future of enterprise automation and AI.Role DescriptionPunctuations is seeking a versatile IT & Office Administrator to ensure our workplace and technical infrastructure run seamlessly. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the go-to person for hands-on IT troubleshooting and networking while simultaneously managing the daily operational and administrative heartbeat of the office. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is just as comfortable configuring a router as they are negotiating with local vendors.Note: Local candidates from Vasai/Mumbai will be preferred.What will you do?Technical Infrastructure: Lead the hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (PCs/Laptops) and peripherals.Network Management: Manage office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and internet connectivity.System Admin Support: Utilize knowledge of Linux and networking protocols to ensure stable environments for the team.Procurement: Manage the ordering of office supplies, pantry stock, and technical equipment while maintaining budget records.Vendor Relations: Identify, contact, and coordinate with local vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and purchasing.Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a clean, professional, and functional environment.Event Planning: Ideate and execute office events, team-building activities, and internal celebrations.Asset Management: Maintain an organized inventory of all IT hardware, office assets, and software licenses.Key CompetenciesTechnical Troubleshooting: 1–3 years of experience in hands-on PC installation and hardware support.Networking Foundations: Practical knowledge of routers and network configuration; knowledge of Linux is a strong advantage.Operational Efficiency: Strong ability to manage administrative tasks, from supply chains to facility maintenance, without oversight.Vendor Negotiation: Capability to communicate effectively with local suppliers to get the best value and service for the office.Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to jump between a technical support ticket and an administrative task (like event planning) with ease.Organizational Excellence: High attention to detail in maintaining office logs, inventory, and procurement records.Proactive Problem Solving: A /"get-it-done/" attitude, especially when dealing with the unpredictable nature of office logistics or hardware issues.Collaboration: A team-player mindset, ready to support the larger team in creating a productive and energetic work culture.If you're a motivated individual who is passionate about managing high-quality software and wants to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you. If you prefer to email your CV, please send it to
