We are looking for 18+yrs of experience with Corporate Security with Veteran Exp.Role Description CSO Corporate Security’s mission is to protect the people, assets, infrastructureand information. The focus of the role is the implementation and execution of theglobal physical security standard to ensure employee security, safety and assetprotection, and delivery of physical security geography In this role you will develop strong relationships within business, infrastructure andregional management to become the trusted advisor on physical security matters. Youwill directly report to the CSO Corporate Security Global Head and will be required tomanage and deliver operational security and safety across the region.Your key responsibilities Lead and govern Corporate Security (CSO) operations, ensuringstrategic alignment, robust controls, and efficient resource deployment. Oversee daily security operations, including incident management, executive/eventprotection, and travel security, ensuring timely and effective responses. Manage EHS operations and security investigations, collaborating with internal andexternal stakeholders. Cultivate strong relationships with law enforcement, internal divisions, and seniormanagement, acting as the primary security liaison. Drive continuous improvement through risk assessments, process optimization, andcost-efficiency initiatives. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing Corporate Security team, fostering astrong culture and professional growth.Your skills and experience Tertiary education in a relevant field (science/risk management) combined withextensive corporate security management experience in a global organisation(minimum regional level). Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams, driving a culture of continuousimprovement and results-based performance in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional connectivity within the regional security sector, particularly in financialspheres, with essential connections to government and law enforcement. Demonstrated expertise in vendor management within the security community,ensuring optimal task delivery and adherence to standards. Strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills, enabling robustdecision-making and clear communication (excellent written and spoken Englishessential). Credible demeanour and executive presence, allowing for effective engagement withsenior management, and a willingness to be available as needed.
