Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager Company: Mount Everest Breweries Ltd. For Locations: Indore, Pune, Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Goa Department: Sales & Marketing Age : Below 35 Yrs Role Purpose: To drive brand visibility, in-market execution, and sales growth through effective trade marketing strategies across assigned territories. The role focuses on strengthening distributor engagement, executing promotions, and ensuring superior retail presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives Ensure strong visibility and availability of products across on-trade and off-trade outlets Plan and implement consumer promotions, activations, and branding initiatives Coordinate with sales teams for execution of schemes and outlet-level activities Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) planning, deployment, and tracking Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts Track and analyze ROI of trade campaigns and promotions Ensure compliance with company policies and state excise norms Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives Key Requirements: Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent Experience: 4–8 years in Trade Marketing / Sales (preferably in Alco-Bev / FMCG industry) Strong understanding of local markets in respective locations Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and execute under tight timelines Key Skills: Trade Marketing Strategy Channel Management Market Execution Excellence Data Analysis & Reporting Relationship Management Activation & Promotion Planning
