We are looking for a street-smart, relationship-driven professional to lead offline go-to-market efforts among advocates, law firms, and legal chambers. This role focuses on on-ground adoption, in-person demos, workshops, and relationship building inside court ecosystems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, engaging with lawyers, and driving real usage of a product through trust and education. Key ResponsibilitiesOffline Sales and Lawyer AcquisitionDrive direct sales of Lawroom AI subscriptions Conduct in-person product demos in courts, chambers, and offices Build strong relationships with advocates, clerks, juniors, and bar associations Own territory-wise revenue and user onboarding High Court Focused GTM ExecutionExecute hyper-local GTM strategies for Delhi High Court Punjab and Haryana High Court Karnataka High Court Identify practice-specific use cases in litigation, drafting, research, and case preparation Use peer influence and word-of-mouth within the legal ecosystem Workshops, Training, and EventsPlan and execute offline workshops on AI-powered legal research Faster drafting and case preparation Daily productivity for litigators Partner with bar associations, law chambers, and law colleges Conduct hands-on training sessions Convert workshop participants into paying users GTM Strategy and User AdoptionFollow an education-first approach to selling Drive Trial to Habit to Subscription adoption Enable live trials during demos and workshops Onboard senior advocates as early champions Leverage juniors and clerks as daily product users Feedback and Market IntelligenceGather real-time feedback from lawyers Share insights with product and leadership teams Track competing tools and traditional legal workflows Ideal Candidate Profile2 to 6 years of experience in offline sales, business development, or field marketing Experience in legal, SaaS, edtech, or B2B sectors preferred Comfortable engaging with advocates and senior professionals Strong communication and presentation skills Willing to travel frequently and work around court schedules Confident in conducting workshops and demos What Success Looks Like in 90 to 180 DaysActive presence in one or two High Courts Regular workshops with consistent attendance Monthly user acquisition through offline channels Strong network of lawyer advocates and referrers A repeatable offline GTM playbook for legal AI adoption
