Job Title: Project Manager (Full Stack & Digital Transformation) Location: Delhi – On-Site (Mandatory) Industry: IT / Digital Transformation / Enterprise Solutions Salary: Up to ₹1,25,000 per month Experience Required: 8–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Contract (Project-Based) Reports To: Project Director / Program Head / CTO Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale digital transformation projects involving full-stack web and mobile technologies. The role involves managing platforms built using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, Flutter, and multiple database ecosystems . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project delivery, cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder management, and cloud-based deployments . The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions within defined timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking frameworks Manage end-to-end delivery across web, mobile, backend, and database layers Define project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation Track progress against schedule, scope, and budget Ensure implementation aligns with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation Technology Coordination & Delivery Oversight Frontend & Web Manage development teams working on ReactJS and NextJS applications Ensure performance optimization, responsive design, and security standards Coordinate with UI/UX teams for smooth implementation Backend & APIs Oversee NodeJS and microservices architecture development Ensure proper API documentation and integration standards Monitor system scalability, performance, and reliability Mobile Applications Manage development of Flutter-based cross-platform mobile applications Ensure security, performance, and deployment compliance Database Management Coordination Work closely with database teams handling: MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle MongoDB Other NoSQL platforms Responsibilities include: Monitoring database performance and stability Ensuring backup strategies, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery readiness Cloud & DevOps Management Coordinate cloud deployments on AWS and Microsoft Azure Oversee CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps) Monitor infrastructure provisioning and scaling Ensure system uptime and SLA compliance Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary coordination point between stakeholders and technical teams Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates Manage change requests and scope adjustments Escalate risks and issues to leadership when required Risk, Compliance & Quality Control Identify delivery, technical, and operational risks Implement mitigation strategies and corrective action plans Ensure compliance with enterprise and data protection standards Oversee SIT, UAT, and production release readiness Maintain documentation using project management and collaboration tools Team Leadership & Governance Lead cross-functional teams including: ReactJS / NextJS Developers NodeJS Engineers Flutter Developers Database Administrators DevOps Engineers QA & Security Teams Responsibilities include: Conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Driving Agile/Scrum delivery methodology Maintaining team performance accountability and delivery quality Technology Ecosystem Exposure Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Modern JavaScript Frameworks Backend: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Microservices Architecture Mobile: Flutter (Cross-Platform Development) Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, NoSQL Platforms Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server Experience Required 8–10 years of overall IT industry experience 3–5 years in a Project Management role Proven experience delivering full-stack web and mobile projects Experience managing cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure) Experience handling high-availability production environments Exposure to enterprise or large-scale digital projects preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT preferred) Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Agile / Scrum Certification Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure) Key Competencies Project Planning & Execution Agile Delivery & Scrum Management Stakeholder Management Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution Budget & Resource Management Cloud Infrastructure Coordination Database Oversight SLA Management Cross-Functional Team Leadership Strong Communication & Documentation Skills Additional Requirements Mandatory on-site work in Delhi Background verification and NDA compliance required Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Strong documentation and reporting skills Comfortable working in high-pressure enterprise project environments
