The role involves managing platforms built usingReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, Flutter, and multiple database ecosystems . The ideal candidate will have strong experience inproject delivery, cross-functional team coordination, stakeholder management, and cloud-based deployments . The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions within defined timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailedproject plans, timelines, and milestone tracking frameworks Manageend-to-end deliveryacross web, mobile, backend, and database layers Defineproject scope, deliverables, and resource allocation Track progress againstschedule, scope, and budget Ensure implementation aligns withHigh-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)documentation Technology Coordination & Delivery Oversight Frontend & Web Manage development teams working onReactJS and NextJS applications Ensureperformance optimization, responsive design, and security standards Coordinate withUI/UX teams for smooth implementation Backend & APIs OverseeNodeJS and microservices architecture development Ensure properAPI documentation and integration standards Monitor systemscalability, performance, and reliability Mobile Applications Manage development ofFlutter-based cross-platform mobile applications Ensuresecurity, performance, and deployment compliance Database Management Coordination Work closely with database teams handling: MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle MongoDB OtherNoSQL platforms Responsibilities include: Monitoringdatabase performance and stability Ensuringbackup strategies, replication, clustering, and disaster recovery readiness Cloud & DevOps Management Coordinatecloud deployments on AWS and Microsoft Azure OverseeCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps) Monitorinfrastructure provisioning and scaling Ensuresystem uptime and SLA compliance Supportcontainerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes Stakeholder & Client Management Act as theprimary coordination point between stakeholders and technical teams Conductweekly and monthly project review meetings PrepareMIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates Managechange requests and scope adjustments Escalate risks and issues to leadership when required Risk, Compliance & Quality Control Identifydelivery, technical, and operational risks Implementmitigation strategies and corrective action plans Ensure compliance withenterprise and data protection standards OverseeSIT, UAT, and production release readiness Maintain documentation usingproject management and collaboration tools Team Leadership & Governance Lead cross-functional teams including: ReactJS / NextJS Developers NodeJS Engineers Flutter Developers Database Administrators DevOps Engineers QA & Security TeamsResponsibilities include: Conductingsprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives DrivingAgile/Scrum delivery methodology Maintainingteam performance accountability and delivery quality Technology Ecosystem Exposure Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Modern JavaScript Frameworks Backend: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Microservices Architecture Mobile: Flutter (Cross-Platform Development) Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, NoSQL Platforms Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes Operating Systems: Linux, Windows ServerExperience Required 8–10 years of overall IT industry experience 3–5 years in a Project Management role Proven experience deliveringfull-stack web and mobile projects Experience managingcloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure) Experience handlinghigh-availability production environments Exposure toenterprise or large-scale digital projects preferredEducation Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT preferred)Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Agile / Scrum Certification Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure)Key Competencies Project Planning & Execution Agile Delivery & Scrum Management Stakeholder Management Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution Budget & Resource Management Cloud Infrastructure Coordination Database Oversight SLA Management Cross-Functional Team Leadership Strong Communication & Documentation SkillsAdditional Requirements Mandatory on-site work in Delhi Background verification and NDA compliance required Ability to managemultiple workstreams simultaneously Strongdocumentation and reporting skills Comfortable working inhigh-pressure enterprise project environments
