The Junior Researcher will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The role involves sourcing and documenting trends in children’s art, evaluating audience engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide innovative projects. Qualifications Strong research skills, including expertise in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysisProven ability to analyze trends, identify key insights, and present findings clearlyCommunication and collaboration skills for working effectively in a remote, team-based environmentFamiliarity with tools for data visualization, online research, and metrics trackingAttention to detail and a passion for art, creativity, and educationBachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a similar disciplineExperience in child-focused initiatives, education sectors, or creative industries is a plusProficiency in adapting to new technologies and digital platforms
