The Junior Researcher will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, gathering and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The role involves sourcing and documenting trends in children’s art, evaluating audience engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide innovative projects.
