This role requires a unique individual with a blend of design sensibility, execution excellence, and process governance, effectively liaising between our Design, Construction, Procurement, and Finance teams. The primary objective is to ensure that every Isprava home is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE)Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred)Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of planning concepts and the project life cycleProven experience in Planning & Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatoryAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other project management softwareExperience:Minimum of 5 years in project management within the real estate sector, preferably in luxury residential projectsExperience in project coordination, construction management, or interior fitoutJob Description:As an APM Planning & Microsoft Project (MSP), you will be instrumental in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of luxury villa projects. This pivotal role will serve as a central link among Design, Construction, Procurement, and Site teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely progress throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities:Internal Communication and Protocols:Collaborate with design managers, construction teams, procurement, and stakeholders to enhance communication, reporting, and documentation protocols, fostering best practices that promote simplicity and effectiveness.Project Scheduling:Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities according to established timelines.Reporting:Generate periodic status reports, providing weekly snapshots that outline action plans and critical updates for stakeholders.Supervision and Compliance:Oversee Construction Managers to ensure compliance with building and safety codes while monitoring construction progress and worker productivity.Team Coordination:Lead internal and external teams, including consultants, ensuring seamless coordination across design, construction, procurement, and sales activities.Cross Functional Assistance:Provide coordination and assistance among design managers, value engineers, site teams, and various departments (procurement, sales, legal, and new business) to effectively address project related scopes.Cost and Time Efficiency:Identify and implement cost saving strategies throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases of projects.Team Management:Assist in hiring, mentoring, and managing the internal design management team by setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting monthly performance reviews.Budget Management:Evaluate project budgets and oversee consultant payments to ensure financial adherence and accountability.Site Coordination:Ensure timely resolution of site related Requests for Information (RFIs) concerning design and engineering aspects.Risk Assessment:Identify potential project risks and issues, proposing solutions and recommendations to mitigate delays or complications.Skills Required:Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster interpersonal relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.Attention to Detail:Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to project management.Problem Solving:Solution oriented mind-set with a proven capacity for identifying issues and implementing effective resolutions.Time Management:Exceptional ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.Presentation Skills:Capability to convey complex information clearly and concisely through design presentations.Independence and Initiative:Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with minimal supervision.Additional Responsibilities Include:Lead and monitor project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across multiple luxury home sites.Coordinate with Design & Interior teams to facilitate seamless design to site implementation and maintain finish quality.Support site construction managers with progress tracking, safety compliance, and milestone achievement.Drive central coordination between internal functions – Design, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.Standardize and enhance project reporting, documentation, and cost control systems.Analyse data and prepare high quality MIS dashboards, progress reports, and executive reviews.Ensure vendor and consultant alignment with project goals, timelines, and commercial expectations.Maintain strong tracking of critical tasks and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving project deliverables from start to finish.Identify problems with a solution driven approach.Experience Required:5–12 years in luxury residential / high-end villa/interior turnkey construction.Expertise in project management, design coordination, and process implementation across multistakeholder setups.Excellent understanding of interior design, detailing, and material execution workflows.Strong command over MS Project/Primavera/Smart Sheet/Monday and advanced Excel (dashboards, macros, data analysis).Knowledge of AutoCAD/drawing review preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.This role offers a unique opportunity to be integral to the delivery of luxury residential projects, where attention to detail and excellence are paramount.
