Turing helps customers in two ways: working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical business problems.Role Overview:We are looking for highly analytical professionals to join as S3 Annotators, responsible for producing and validating advanced OpenClaw trajectories for research-oriented tasks involving ambiguous goals, multi-step reasoning, and long-context workflows.This role requires strong problem-solving ability, research thinking, and the capability to justify decisions while executing complex, multi-tool workflows used to train sophisticated AI agents.What does day-to-day look like:Create and validate OpenClaw trajectories for complex, research-oriented tasksWork on tasks such as data analysis, web research, and document synthesisOperate under underspecified or ambiguous goals, making logical and defensible decisionsUse Python (notebooks, scripts) for data processing, automation, and analysisPerform workflows spanning multiple tools, environments, and applicationsClearly document both what actions were taken and why they were takenReview and improve trajectory quality for reasoning depth and correctnessCollaborate with teams to refine evaluation standards and annotation frameworksRequirements:Background in research, data science, engineering, or related fields (academic or industry)5+ years of experience in Python / Bash, including experience with notebooks and data wranglingExperience with OpenClaw or similar advanced environmentsExperience with web research, scraping tools, or data analysis workflowsAbility to articulate reasoning behind decisions and stepsExperience handling multi-step workflows across tools or platformsExposure to LLM-based tools, AI systems, or agentic workflowsNice to Have:Academic research experience (thesis, publications, lab work)Familiarity with evaluation methodologies or experimental designExperience in AI evaluation, RLHF, or advanced annotation workflowsPerks of Freelancing With Turing:Work in a fully remote environment.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.Offer Details:Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a 4-hour overlap with PST.Employment Type: Contractor position (Note: this role does not include medical/paid leave).Duration of Contract: 5 weeks; [expected start date is next week].Location: Remote (India, Brazil, Mexico, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, Ghana, Turkey)Evaluation Process:Resume screeningTake home assessment (60 mins)After applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
