The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of branding and digital design, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually engaging designs for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.Develop brand identities, logo concepts, typography systems, and visual guidelines.Design UI elements, banners, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.Interpret briefs and translate requirements into high-quality visual outputs.Maintain design consistency across all client and internal projects.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI, and marketing design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
