fast-growth environments, we want to hear from you.Role OverviewThe Head of Operations – India will lead the launch and scale-up of AssistHubPro’s India operations.You will be responsible for:Building operational infrastructureRecruiting and scaling virtual assistant teamsCreating operational systems and processesEnsuring world-class service delivery for global clientsYou will work directly with global leadership and play a key role in building one of the most efficient remote workforce operations in the industry.This role requires someone who thrives in startup environments, can move and leading operations in fast-paced environments.RequirementsMinimum 7+ years experience in operations leadershipExperience in BPO, outsourcing, call center, or virtual assistant companiesProven experience scaling teams and building operational systemsStrong recruitment and team-building experienceExcellent English communication skillsStrong problem-solving and operational mindsetAbility to
