Our solutions streamline core operational areas including claims processing, underwriting, billing, and back-office operations. Job Type: Contract (2 Months) Work Schedule: 20 Hours per Week Location: Remote, India Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Subject Matter Expert to review, assess, and optimize an existing NetSuite implementation. Key Responsibilities Review and assess the current NetSuite setup, configurations, and system architecture. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize financial, inventory, and operational workflows. Evaluate data structure, chart of accounts, item setup, and master data to ensure accuracy and scalability. Improve reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership and operational teams. Review integrations between NetSuite, POS systems, and the company’s eCommerce platform. Recommend and implement best practices for system governance, data hygiene, and process standardization. Develop a prioritized roadmap for NetSuite optimization aligned with business growth and future M&A readiness. Mandatory Requirements 6+years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite implementation or consulting experience Strong experience with multi-location retail environments Deep knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting in NetSuite Experience reviewing and improving existing NetSuite implementations Experience preparing systems for M&A readiness or operational scaling Familiarity with NetSuite integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar) Contract Details Duration: 2 Months (Contract Basis). Commitment: 20 Hours per Week. Remote Engagement. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed). Possible extension based on performance and business needs.
