Job Title: SAP FICA + BRFPlus Functional Consultant (Collections Enhancements)Location: Remote (India)Experience: 8+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICA + BRFPlus Functional Consultant to support a Collections Enhancements Project within a regulated utility environment.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) and BRF+, with a strong focus on optimizing dunning, collections, and payment arrangements while reducing system complexity and ensuring regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and optimize SAP FICA dunning and collections processes, including:Dunning intervalsDisconnectionsNotices and correspondenceDesign, simplify, and maintain BRF+ rules for:Collections strategiesPayment eligibilityRisk segmentationTreatment logicReplace complex custom logic with standard SAP and BRF+ capabilitiesImplement and enhance payment arrangement (installment plan) rules and calculationsConfigure payment handling, adjustments, and automated write-offsEnsure accuracy and compliance in collections correspondence and noticesAlign FICA and BRF+ processes with digital channels and agent toolsSupport functional design, testing, deployment, and documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to improve collections performance and operational efficiencyRequired Experience8+ years of SAP IS-U / SAP FICA functional experience5+ years of hands-on BRF+ experience (dunning & collections use cases)Strong background in:Collections & disconnectionsPayment arrangementsCorrespondence managementExperience working in utilities or regulated industriesProven track record of simplifying complex customizationsRequired SkillsDeep expertise in SAP FICA (FI-CA)Advanced knowledge of BRF+ (decision tables, rule sets, orchestration)Strong understanding of:Dunning proceduresCollections strategiesDisconnection processesExperience with:Installment plans & default logicAutomated write-offsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutionsNice to HaveExperience in high-volume collections environmentsExposure to digital channels / agent desktop integrationsExperience with collections optimization or remediation programs
