Job descriptionWe’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Agency & Growth Expert)Location: G401, Galada Towers, Begumpet, SecunderabadWork Mode: Work from Office (Mon–Fri WFO) | Alternate Saturday WFHExperience: 2–5 Years (Agency Experience Preferred)About the RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in agency environments to manage and scale paid campaigns across multiple clients and industries. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign strategy — from planning to optimization — across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).This role requires someone who’s data-driven, analytical, and thrives on performance metrics, while seamlessly collaborating with creative, strategy, and client-servicing teams.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & ManagementDevelop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for multiple client accounts.Plan media budgets, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies to maximize ROI.Maintain strong campaign hygiene, naming conventions, and reporting consistency.Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms as needed.2. Performance OptimizationContinuously monitor campaigns and performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA).Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.Scale winning campaigns efficiently while maintaining cost targets.Identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities across campaigns.3. Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate actionable insights through GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets/Excel.Create weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and growth.Translate data into stories clients can understand and act upon.4. Conversion Tracking & AttributionSet up and validate tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.Ensure accurate event tracking for form fills, purchases, calls, etc.Work with developers or clients’ tech teams to troubleshoot conversion data issues.5. Client & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with creative and content teams to design high-performing ad assets.Present campaign insights, results, and recommendations to clients regularly.Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring alignment with growth goals and timelines.Required SkillsStrong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.Advanced analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets.Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate.Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing environments.Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency.Tools You’ll Work WithMeta Ads ManagerGoogle AdsGoogle Analytics (GA4)Google Tag ManagerGoogle Sheets / ExcelPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.Prior experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple clients.Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.Experience handling >$10K monthly ad budgets.Success Metrics (KPIs)Cost per Lead (CPL)Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Conversion Rate & Lead QualityGrowth in Client Accounts & RetentionCampaign Scalability and EfficiencyWho You AreYou’re a data-obsessed marketer who enjoys turning numbers into growth stories.
