Job Description

Welcare Fitness Equipment is on a rapid growth and we are looking for professionals with strong experience in B2B Sales, Commercial Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Business Development. Candidates with exposure to Key Account Management, Institutional Sales, Government Tenders, Corporate Sales, and High-Value Deal Closures will be highly preferred. This role requires expertise in client acquisition, revenue growth, negotiation, and end-to-end sales cycle management.Key Responsibilities• Drive and close B2B sales across gyms, hotels, corporates, real estate, institutions, and government sectors• Own and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets• Build, manage, and grow key accounts for long-term business• Lead commercial negotiations , pricing discussions, and contract closures• Actively participate in tenders, government, and institutional bidding• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile• Proven track record in B2B/commercial sales (mandatory)• Strong experience in closing high-value deals• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with ownership of revenue numbersWhat We Offer• High-visibility role with direct impact on business growth• Opportunity to handle large-scale commercial projects• A fast-growing organization with strong market presence• Performance-driven environment with attractive earning potential
