Predifi unifies them into a single system by aggregating markets, enabling cross-venue liquidity, and creating native markets with transparent on-chain settlement.By combining market aggregation, liquidity routing, and arbitrage engines, Predifi aims to build the core infrastructure powering prediction markets globally.Our mission is to enable traders, analysts, and builders to access event markets with deeper liquidity, better price discovery, and seamless execution.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Backend Engineer experienced in building scalable backend systems and distributed infrastructure, with experience in modern backend stacks and AWS, to help build the core infrastructure behind Predifi.You will be working on systems that aggregate prediction market liquidity, normalize event definitions across venues, and power cross-venue order routing.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building low-latency systems, blockchain infrastructure, and financial primitives.Responsibilities• Design and build backend services powering Predifi’s trading infrastructure• Build high-performance backend services using Node.js and AWS.• Integrate with blockchain networks and external prediction market APIs• Build indexing pipelines for on-chain data and market activity• Design systems for market aggregation, order routing, and liquidity management• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product teams to deliver a seamless trading experience• Ensure high reliability, security, and performance of backend systemsQualifications• Strong experience in backend software development and distributed systems• Experience building backend services using Rust, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go• Experience designing and building REST APIs and event-driven services• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis• Experience working with blockchain infrastructure (RPC nodes, indexers, event listeners)• Solid understanding of blockchain architecture and smart contract systems• Familiarity with EVM ecosystems and smart contract interactions• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to Have• Experience building DeFi protocols or trading infrastructure• Experience with blockchain indexers or analytics pipelines• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time systems• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects• Proficiency in Rust and SolidityWhy Join Predifi• Work on infrastructure for the next generation of prediction markets• Help unify fragmented liquidity across platforms• Join an early team with strong ownership and impact• Competitive salary and token incentives• Fully remote work environment
