Role Description We are seeking a full-time remote Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team at SeekHelpers. The role includes building, optimizing, and deploying new and effective generative AI models to improve our digital platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design AI-based solutions, analyzing requirements, fine-tuning algorithms, and ensuring ethical AI implementation aligned with business goals. You will also work on optimizing AI infrastructure for scalability and performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Learning principles, including deep learning models, algorithms, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Generative AI techniques, including GPT and diffusion models.Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in AI-focused libraries and tools.Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments while maintaining a strong independent work ethic.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance machine learning model performance efficiently.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Experience with ethical AI practices and a commitment to ensuring fairness in AI solutions is highly advantageous.
