Job overviewWe are seeking experienced partners in Asia who can originate and evaluate high-quality investment opportunities across: direct (equity) investments, venture capital funds and private equity funds. The role focuses on deal sourcing, relationship and network building and development, and market intelligence across the Asian investment and innovation ecosystem. This position is ideal for individuals deeply connected to founders, entrepreneurs, fund managers, family offices, and institutional investors in Asia. Key responsibilities Deal sourcingIdentify high-quality direct (equity) investment opportunities across Asia;Source top-tier VC and PE funds raising capital;Build a proprietary pipeline of direct deals, co-investments, and fund commitments;Introduce high-quality opportunities across all sectors. Network DevelopmentBuild strong relationships with:Venture Capital funds;Private Equity funds;Founders and entrepreneurs;Angel networks;Accelerators and incubators;Family offices;Institutional Investors. Investment screeningPerform initial evaluation of opportunities including but not limited to:Business model review;Market size analysis;Competitive positioning;Founding team assessment;Early valuation sanity checks;Prepare brief investment summaries and investment memo. Candidate ProfileMandatory background in Finance and/or Business Development, with preferred background in Venture Capital/Private Equity/Investment Banking.
